The complaints that you make here in this app, they will be visible in the main feedback section with or without the replies. The system of raising complaint is simple. You have to click on the username of the user where it's written in the message about which you want to complain. It will open up the 'Report abuse' form for you. There you can write the grievance & also attach a supporting screenshot. The ticket raised will be accessible to you in the main feedback section before as well as after the admin's reply.
