My beginning of coaching coincided with the opening of an elite academy in our locality very close to our residence. The "Golden Cricket Academy" was a high-profile entity in our neighbourhood with Sandeep Sir hired to train the aspirants. Sandeep Sir was a legend of a mentor with love, passion & affection overflowing from his mug. He had been associated with Kenyan cricket since 1984 & was involved in the coaching role since much before this project. The Golden Cricket Academy was an enterprise startedup by a Nigerian tradesman in Ghaziabad aspirant of making a business in the coaching industry. He had seen Sandeep Sir toil with his heart & soul in Kenya & thought of making it big in the coaching industry with him. With much planning & preparation, he started this institute with Sandeep Sir as his head coach & his opening of the school next to our door was an icing on the cake.

With much passion & aspiration, we the many residents of Adarsh Society, took admission in the "Golden Cricket Academy".
