This is regarding my residential society - The UPDA Society, in which I purchased my first & only self-purchased house of till now in 2005. The design of the society is very interesting, there are 800 independent plots enclosed in a township here. The houses are mostly of the kothi size & the residents middle-class people. The colony has been occupied slowly but we have lived a journey of heartily strived & hardworked life in it. It tells the values this section profilates & the extent they are ready to go to for the ensuance of their principals in it. Most people were government servants purchased this property for advanced aspirations of their successer generations, but the love for their ethics, commitment to culture & moral character has constructed a world of joy, growth & achievement. I bought house here because I wasn't in the capacity to afford a costlier one at that time, but I feel lucky now that I got set in such a bunch where virtues are more important than material & due to which I have been able to attain a social life of qualities, merits & consciential accomplishment. The people here have been overwhelmingly compassionate & nice towards me & have provided me an endearing, honourable & adoring treatment. The children especially have been too overreaching & have embraced me, giving me pampering, materialful & respecting consideration. I owe the people of this society a lot of their warm, recognising & helpful affection. This 5 cr. building is worth $50 m villa for me.
