Adv affairs

The advanced affairs of this society, some that have been introduced & implemented in recent times, they were advised by Mr. Saurabh Choudhary. It was in a party in 2015, that the members had bumped into him once & had asked him can we have some ideas to advance the socialisation element of the society. It was then, that the GOAT batsman thought of some wits & provided 3-4 recommendations which could be interesting. It is these recommendations that we are calling the advanved affairs of the society as they are things of the advancement of the society's social life.

These recommendations have been implemented thoroughly & they have brought much infectious energy to the society's community life. The details of these recommendations are being enclosed herewith & we appreciate the intelligence of Mr. Choudhary much to devise these interesting ideas.

Society awards

Mr. Saurabh suggested to begin a society awards in which people of different fields will be given award under different categories & this will promote the feeling of joy in the collectivity. He gave some examples of the categories himself, rest we invised on our own. The fields are mostly the fields of profession or work & they have covered the wide areas of operation. The total awards are of 9 types. One is the Person of the Year, ie the best person of the year. This is the biggest award & implies the topper of the concerned year. This award is given at last as a purpose of maintaining suspense. The other 8 awards are Professional of the Year (Meaning the best Work Doer of the year), Student of the Year (The best Student, who is given an encouragement price of Rs. 15000 as a Token of Encouragement), The technocrat of the Year (Meaning the best Technical Person of the year), The Business person of the year (Meaning the best Business man of the year), The Artist of the Year (Refering the best Art Field perfomer of the year), Sportsperson of the Year (Sports Athlete), Woman of the Year (The Best Woman) & the ITian of the Year (ITian).

This website

This website was also a suggestion of Mr. Saurabh Choudhary. He had suggested that a website of the society can be a useful object. We can have substances like chatting module & social networking module in it facilitating the internal chatting of the society, & have important tasks also met along in it. He had blueprinted the model of the site in detail & it is on this model that we have built this system.

Society magazine

This was an idea to circulate a society magazine on the lines of the school magazines monthly. We furthered it with year book. The circulation is physical as well as printed on this portal. The content of the items is mainly creative & editorial & it promotes healthy thinking & outlook among readers.

Annual day & sports day

One suggestion of our dear Saurabh was to institute an annual day & sports day here on the lines of the annual days & sports days in schools. & The students of different age are classified in the different events of it.

Creative alias naming of the society

Mr. Choudhary also suggested a creative alias naming of the society which will hold only in private operations but beautify the identity of the society internally. The name he sugguested was "Artists' cantt.", meaning a land of artists. He said that we all including himself are very passionate about arts & we can thus state our identity as an army of artists. The name has been holding since then.
