The laboratory of scientists & theatre of artists. This is a society of talented, ambitious & value-focused residents of Pocket 4, Sector 26, Ghaziabad, where principals, ethics & virtues are followed & practised to the end & people live a life of dedicated citizens of the country. The UPDA society, formed by an Act of the Ghaziabad district authority in 1997, giving out 820 independent plots of size 500 mt. sq. each on exhibition to common merchandise, in a colony of cooperative group housing. The plots were sold out immediately, with base price Rs. 10 lakh attracting demand in bulk. The society is one of middle-income people with land area & rate of land in parameter, & the land owners were required to construct 1/4 of their building by compulsion by 2001. 84 structures were constructed by that time, & 266 renters & owners shifted in their houses by 2005 when the RWA was formed. The RWA was formed with a 5-member governing body including 1 president, 1 secretary, 1 treasurer & 2 general members elected every year. The society has been socially progressive since & the members have been having an active collective life. There are common facilities like playground, community club, skating ring, swimming pool, auditorium, society shops, a space of office, conference hall, film screening service & DJ available on the expense of annual charges. & The members have commenced advanced affairs like society awards, society magazine, year book & sports day & annual days in the late years. This website has also been launched in the initiative of this development only & it is set the objective of taking the society community life ahead & forward multilaterally. The society magazine contains editorial contents inputed by children & people & they provide creative matter usually. The year book is a compilation of the work done throughout the year by teachers, students, artists & linguists & carries the contribution of cross-gender & profession people. There is plan to get developed an app version of this website also at some stage in future. The admin panel of this forum also is required to be an elite one with computing proficiency & managerial skill required in substancial amount, & the panel is thus selected after thorough examination & inprobe, enabling a qualified team for this administration.
The portal is thus a distinguished medium with chatting & networking modules attracting traffic of users in mobs & facilitating a comprehensive interaction of society people through these components. We put up this site / portal of the society for the internal communication of the residents & general information of the outside people. We proudly announce our existance & operation of dutyful citizens of our country as able netizens of Ghaziabad. & We invite people from outside & abroad to notice our activities & appreciate our deeds.
