This is the legal terms page. This is to specify what rules are compulsory as the owner / resident member of the society & which will be legally mandatory beyond the scope of the society. These rules will be applicable as or without the membership of the society. These are those rules which are general & don't need the authorisation of the society to apply.

(i) >> The payment of common charges like generator bill & water bill will be mandatory & without payment of which the connection of these services will be disconnected.

(ii) >> The non-payment of the common charges won't amount to disqualification from the membership of the app.

(iii) >> The failure to deposit property taxes like house tax or rent will however attract prosection from the society governing body.

(iv) >> On being caught involved in illegal activities of any kind or being prisoned ever or convicted in any criminal case, the disconnection as the member of the society might draw.

(v) >> Immoral practises like corruption or illicit human trafficing might require reporting from the society side to the law.

Any other law that calls civil or criminal prosecution might comply judicial cooperation of the society. The conditions are many, but aren't listable all, the laws should be studied by the members themselves.
