Society info
This society was created by an Act of the Ghaziabad district authority in 1997 to enable middle-income people to have prosperous residences at economical costs in Ghaziabad & Gautam Buddha Nagar. The society was commissioned through the UP development authority with 820 plots put up on exhibition at base price of Rs. 10 lakhs. The land size was 500 mt. sq. & the colony of independent plots was circumscribed in a campus of 15 acres. The tarrif was an economical one with the view of allowing kothis to the medium-range people & they could construct multi-storey buildings on this as they like. Most people purchasing this plot were likely to be senior government officers as it required earning saving of a lifetime, & this exhibition of the government of India was a successful outing of the housing department. This society is a progressive one both economically & socially as the members have been prosperous both in academic / business pursuit as well as social life.
